Photonic nanostructures have characteristic dimensions on the order of the wavelength of light. Therefore, achieving the desired optical properties requires both precise numerical design and the fabrication of high-quality structures.
Based on our expertise in optical design and high-precision nanofabrication, we are pursuing the realization of high-quality photonic structures. Through these structures, we aim to explore new possibilities in the control of light.
